tkbx
I'm trying to download a file. I'm getting about 40 kbps down with 33 (130) and 3 (157). I get about 16 mbps down on speedtest.net, and the test was done while someone on the same network was streaming video. I have Road Runner (Time Warner). Could they be throttling BT/P2P or something, or is it just a client/machine/WLAN problem? I used to get over 8 Mbps, and it suddenly dropped to anywhere from 8 mbps at worst to 200 kbps at best (with 2-second bursts of up to 1 mbps every few minutes). Other than my iPhone's Push connection, there is really nothing else going on on my network.
