Guest Kristo Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 Every time i start downloading a torrent, my speed goes up to about 20-30 kB/s (average-good to me), but then after about 20-30 seconds it just drops to 0-10 kB/s, is it BitTorrent's problem or is my ISP making my slow ass internet even more slower? If my ISP is throttling then can i fix it with encrypting~ ? Also how can i do that encrypting thing in BitTorrent? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
