Guest Gerald Soucie Posted July 10, 2012 Report Share Posted July 10, 2012 Hello. Just last week I bought a brand new Acer Aspire V5-471 with a 500GB hard drive, 4GB of RAM. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I'm having some speed issues. I managed to speed up my Firefox with Fasterfox and Firetune, Ive run plenty of disk cleanups, McAfee Scans,etc. My speed has climbed ever so slightly. My browsing is fine. no complaints. But my bit torrent is SO SLOW. I've tried every trick google has to offer to no avail. So I come here to the forums to get some insight.
