ETA stuck at infinity

Okay, so I'm new at this, and probably have no clue what I'm doing, but currently ETA is at infinity, and I really don't understand how to fix my upload/download speed. Bittorent worked perfectly fine for the first few files, but when I got to this one, it just pretty much shut down.

When I try to test my broadband, Bittorent always closes down, and my network it say that neither NAT-PMP nor UPnP are enabled. I have no clue what that means, but my Preferences say that they are enabled. In addition, whenever I get slightly preferable, but still not good results on my tests, I'm unable to save them.

Please help me, I have no idea what I'm supposed to do here.
