Torrent Counting Up Instead of Down

Please help??????????????

I am new to torrents, i have been using torrents for about a half a day, and I have about 2 games from torrents.

Now when I try to download games, music, or movies instead of it counting down from about 1 hour or more, it is counting up from 0 and it never ends, it is interminable, never-ending or so long it feels endless.

Can anybody help me out here, it is hard for me considered that I am 12 years old.
