Download start fast then slowdown and stuck there

Hi,

I got a problem since a couple of month I didn't have before and it's begin to annoy me. I start to download a movie. The speed rise up to what it should be according to the quality of my connection (between 400kB/s and 500kb/s). And after 1 or 2 minutes, it drastically drop to 9kB/sec and stuck there for at least 30 minutes or so. The speed goes between 9.1kB/s and 10kB/s, like if I set up a download speed limit, but I didn't. After the 30-35 minutes, it rise again at the normal speed.

Does anyone has a clue?

For info, it does that EVERY time. I tried different tracker, big movie, small movie. The lack of seeders can't be the problem because it does that even when there's thousands of seeders.
