Some of my torrents download fast but others are slow or stop. Can this be a firewall issue? Can the firewall permit my file access to some trackers but not others at the same time? I am using a hot spot by sharing a router I don't have admin access to. I assume, therefore, there is no way I can assign or control ports on this router, is there? In my trackers tab I see trackers in the list with plenty of activity and seeds but nothing is happening with my download for that selected torrent. What gives?
