keisoko Posted October 13, 2012 Report Share Posted October 13, 2012 I am using BitTorrent 7.7 (build 27987) [32-bit] on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.After I upgraded to this version, the folder save in dialog box no longer displays files in the selected folder. It displays folder tree, but no files in the folder themselves. I tried to follow instructions in the help file by enabling gui.compat_diropen in Advanced settings and nothing. keisoko Posted September 30, 2013 Author Report Share Posted September 30, 2013 I got a new pc with windows 8. Installed bittorent without any problems. Wanting to remain current, installed the latest version: 7.8.1 (build 30016) [32-bit]. And got the same problem as before. Tried the same solution in my first post (enabling gui.compat_diropen in Advanced settings) and nothing. Restarted bittorent, but it did not do anything. Download itself goes on without any problems.
