impossible to download anything

Hi, ithas been quite a lot that i'm having issues with downloading ANY torrent from the web

i'm connected via LAN to my Dorm network and while torrents start at the beginning they get some various errors even though they started and if i just force them to start they keep downloading for like a minute before obtaining the same problem

i asked someone here in the dorm and it seems that no one has this same problem, so it cant be a network block regarding torrents

any idea how to fix this shit?
