How a seed may be placed on a server or several servers that allow two users to share files without putting the actual files on the server.I would like to work out a social networking client that worked on the same principal. But not sure were to begin. What would be a good place to start to see source code on how the actual torrent files work? What is the best programming language for studying this issue?
