BitTorrent freeze

Hi there. Just recently I am having a problem downloading. I get a red dot in bottom right of screen, and I have a "Listen error". I try and run tests, and BitTorrent will freeze. I am enclosing a snapshot of the programme before running a test. I would appreciate any help offered.

Can't seem to add a snapshot. I will try again
