matador Posted March 10, 2013 Report Share Posted March 10, 2013 I have been using bit torrent on my tablet for a little while now and I was downloading almost everything at 1.5 megabits/sec or higher. I just had comcast up my internet speed from 6 megs to 25 and now I can't seem to download over 400k. I had the comcast guy come to my house and he said everything is normal. When I switched from the slower to higher speed, nothing would download at all. Come to find out firewall was enabled, so now I have disabled it and can only get 400k.
