owenaar Posted May 19, 2016 Report Share Posted May 19, 2016 I'm running BT Sync 2.3.6 on ubuntu and accessing via the web gui. I am trying to add a manual read only connection and no matter what local directory I set as the destination folder, I hit an error saying I don't have write permissions. It's as if the BTSync daemon is it's own user and doesn't have access to anything. I had BT Sync working on Linux, but something has changed and I don't know what. Any help would be appreciated.
