Unopenable .exe File

I have downloaded the bittorrent.exe file and have tried to run it however my computer completely refuses to run it. I have tried running it as administrator but it does not open. I have also tried to re-download it however this does not fix the problem i simply cannot open then file.

Any help Would be great thanks.

I don't remember having to do this before, and I found it quite troubling when I couldn't get it to work..

A really odd demographic has had to do this. I haven't been tracking enough other than to know that vista is very prone to needing it.

I've been using Vista since 06 and this is the 1st time I ever had to do this with uTorrent/Bittorrent.

Did something change?

It might be a digital signature issue or something in vista. I'm not sure.
