Hi!

Thought I'd try mainline for comparison and to promote the better algorithms, but the download button on the front page just gives

http://download.bittorrent.com/dl/linux/utorrent-server-3.0-25053.tar.gz'>http://download.bittorrent.com/dl/linux/utorrent-server-3.0-25053.tar.gz 404 File not found

Found a load of ancient stuff under http://download.bittorrent.com/dl but wonder what is going on at your end

Cheers & keep up the good work

M

Sorry guys, forgot some details:

Ubuntu 10.10, preferred language: Italian.

Text on doenload button says "Download gratuito / Version 3.0 build 25053 for Linux

For a moment, before the 404 messages, I get a page for a fraction of a second containing the text:

------

Requisiti di sistema (That means System Requirements...)

32-bit Ubuntu 9.10+, Debian 5+, Fedora 12+ (altri non testati)

Linux con kernel 2.6.13 o versione successiva necessaria

------

And another weirdness: If I hit the "Italiano +" button top right I get a menu including "English", but if I select that the page refreshes in Italian again.

Thanks again

And the URL of the page that redirects to a 404 is:

http://www.bittorrent.com/intl/it/downloads/complete?os=linux

but the ".../en/..." version of the same page redirects to the same 404 address.

Cheers

There isn't supposed to be a Linux download on bittorrent.com. If you'd like a Linux BitTorrent client, check out µTorrent Server for Linux. http://www.utorrent.com/downloads/linux
