Downloading is sometimes erratic, it may start aliright and then stop in the middle and / or go slow and take days to finish. I know there may be already this issue discussed but I am a senior citizen doing some education work and feel that I could use a step to step guide to help me download my much needed educational material. I run a non profit service for largely problematic students and thus have little time to spend on the the PC learning complicated manoevres. I will be looking forward to replies to this long pending problem of mine. i was hoping that someone may be able to assist from the local computer industry but have failed to find anyone so far.
