Guest J'ham Posted August 2, 2011 Report Posted August 2, 2011 I've got an anti-malware program running on my computer called Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. I think it is blocking all peer requests to upload from my computer but I don't know how to confirm that the requests being blocked are actually legitimate peer requests. How do I tell?Is it safe to just simply list Bittorrent.exe in the Ignore list in my anti-malware software? Thanks!!!

How do I tell?Ultimately, you need to figure out what specific traffic is actually being blocked, and if the program you're using doesn't provide that information, it may be problematic. If you have to set up a full-ignore exception for bittorrent in order for it to work properly, it's what needs to be done.
