Using two internet connetions

while i was using bittorrent an advertisement came up in the corner. It was an application for windows where you can use two networks at once but i can't remember what it was called. Does anyone know?

You're going to likely need to wait for the ad to come up in the rotation again.

Keep in mind, that application likely does NOT handle torrenting properly.
