SyncIgnore reverse "only sync"

Dear All,

Bittorrent Sync is one of the software which I want most, but I have little problem in its SyncIgnore feature.

SyncIgnore file is to ignore file types which I dont want to sync.

But what if I want to ignore all files accept *.doc, *.excel *.pdf.

means I only want some of extension types to sync and all other ignore.

please help me to configure this, becoze if I accept SyncIgnore feature and try to type file types to ignore, accept some file types to sync, then this will take days (i think so)
