How to equally-distribute Up Speed between torrents?

Hey everyone.

I don't so much have a problem that needs fixing, as I've got a question that I'm hoping someone knowledgable can answer.

I've currently got an 18.2GB torrent and a 290MB torrent both completed and seeding, but I notice that the bulk of the upload speed is biased at 80-90% toward the smaller torrent, and the larger torrent is getting the remaining percentage of the available up-speed.

Why does this happen, and how do I go about balancing the upload speed so that it distributes equally between seeding torrents, regardless of torrent size?

It happens because demands for bandwidth on the smaller torrent are higher.

There's nothing you can do about it.
