1. Having trouble uploading torrent everytime I upload my torrent it tells me error what am I doing wrong

2. But I do not under when I am running Bit torrent it says that I am seeding and I have peers

and ETA 6w 1d

That's a site specific issue, and the tracker you chose to use closed several years ago.
