Save unfinished files in torrent and Start again after reinstaling the windows

I want to reinstall my windows and I have lots of unfinished files

Is there any way to save them and continue them after reinstalling my windows?

Just copy the .torrent files from %appdata%\bittorrent (or the directory you set in the preferences) and your partially completed files. You'll be able to resume them by simply adding the torrent with choosing the download location and pointing them at your existing files.
