mikebenscott Posted September 21, 2011 Report Posted September 21, 2011 Hi, im a mac user and I've recently moved into university. i have been using bittorrent with no problems when i use my iPhone's personal hotspot to download torrent files. i have recently bought an ethernet cable and plugged it into the socket in my room. i have started using that as its much quickly to surf the web. i'm trying to download torrents via bit torrent and it won't let me. the connection status is unavailable. i can download music fine using youtube converters but for some reason i can't download torrents. i have turned off my firewall and it still hasn't worked. Is there some way to solve this problem and allow me to download torrents via an ethernet cable? Thanks
