Guest Rob Posted September 26, 2011 Report Share Posted September 26, 2011 Hello,In preferences, I've currently set my bandwidth maximum upload rate to 20 kB/s, for both my normal rate and my alternate rate. However, my upload speed is ranging from 18kB/s all the way up to 485 kB/s. I've tried resetting it to other fixed speeds, but it always continues to be random, and usually at a very high transfer rate. Currently it is uploading at 300kB/s.What am I doing wrong?
