device time difference more then 600 seconds

But I have a problem

I installed the new version on Android and PC

On Android program runs well

But at a program on PC displays: device time difference more then 600 seconds

In what can be the problem?

The difference in the system clock, normalized to UTC, is more than 10 minutes.

Either a timezone (including DST adjustment) is wrong somewhere, or the clock on one device is outright set wrong.

very strange, I changed on my tablet option: set the auto time. Files synchronized

But now on my PC is 0.10 am UTC +2 and on the tablet 11.10 pm UTC +2 also

if I set manually the same time - not synchronized. I do not understand why?

is it possible to change the screen orientation? very uncomfortable vertical position

and will be localized in Russian? If necessary I can help
