Like Jack Burton, I paid my dues and received an email from BT with a link to download the plus bundler and a link to receive and manually use my liscense key. Surprise! Neither were good links.I am leaning towards starting a dispute and getting my money back, but having a coffee and taking a break from reading the forums and the BT Help section might calm me down. Any ideas or advice?
