Converting material to iPad

Hi All

Great product and I've just upgraded to the paid version. I've got a couple of vids I'm trying to transfer to my iPad 2; select Convert and wait...all seems fine. But when I open iTunes and select the new material, nothing comes across.

Suggestions/Help...anything?
