deadtetra
At the risk of this being a really dumb question, I was just curios why when I'm only seeding, my d/l can still be up to 1 kbps - 10 kbps? A lot of times while seeding d/l hovers around 0.1 kbps.. That I can understand, but quite often I notice it jump up to 10 kbps and stay that way for quite a while. If it's updating trackers or whatnot I wouldn't expect that to take hours, what the hell am I d/l'ing?
