gdprojects Posted November 6, 2013 Report Posted November 6, 2013 Hi I've got an issue with BT Sync killing my router that was supplied by Virgin Media. Its in Modem mode and I have a Draytek 2930n handling all my traffic. I thought it could be the actual device so I had VM replace it today. I fired up BT Sync to download some files from my office and it went again. I can't just buy a better router either because it is a cable modem. When the router dies I cannot connect to the net on any other device in the house and I can't ping addresses. I get really slow traceroutes to an external IP though. Does anyone have any ideas?
