Cycling Resume and Pausing has no effect nor does closing and reopening BitTorrentPlus program.I also tried cycling upload rates from 5kb to unlimited to no avail.What is the solution to return the program to normal functioning?

Would you mind replying in text of the proper configuration of the "Preferences"/"Bandwidth" items?
