eric Posted January 8, 2014 Report Share Posted January 8, 2014 I hope someone can assist me with this issue. I've been downloading a series of torrents. My computer will freeze up completely if I'm using Bittorrent. If it's not running everything is fine. I've gone through the system with Mawarebytes, Avast, and CCleaner but the problem still persists. I thought it may be specific to a particular torrent so I deleted the four that have been running concurrently. It's still freezing. I did a clean install and got the same problems. Can this problem be solved by a novice such as I? It was running fine for several dozen torrents, then it just started to freeze. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I used your setup guide regarding the migration of torrents (the second time i installed). however that was mainly about where i kept the torrents and where the final files are sent. the first time everything was set on default. qwerty20 Posted January 27, 2015 Report Share Posted January 27, 2015 I'm also having this problem, the system is ok at first ... once it reaches a little while, though it freezes , (the screen is frozen and I have to drain the battery then reboot ).
