raapstar Posted January 13, 2014 Report Share Posted January 13, 2014 Hello,I've been having this issue for the past 12 hours and I'm getting frustrated, any help will be much appreciated.I've tried deleting the DHT.dat files, disabling them through options, re-installing bittorrent, restarting the computer, even disabling my firewall (Windows).Windows firewall has created an exception, and my anti-virus is Avast.I even tried running the test on the setup guide and I get "speed test failed.
