My d/l speed and connections is fine i d/l at an avg. of 1.2Mbs. My problem is I want to seed what i d/l so that everyone can benifet from torrent files. After running the speed test my settings are thus.. upload speed - 1.2Mbs upload limit 150 KBs upload slots 6 Connections per torrent 100 connections global 450 max active torrents 6 max active d/ls 5I have tried rasing my upload limit and max connections to no avail. and went back to the default speed test settings.When i finally connect to peers to seed i get an average of 888 b/s!!! i have checked these speed with popular highly downloaded torrents and still get this average.
