How To Backup Bittorrent Dl And Ul Before Formatting Pc

Hi there,

 

a simple question,how I can backup all the list of file are been in Download list and in Uploading before I format my pc for avoid losing all ?

 

 

I know the temp file it's save, i know how move this folder. I mean inside bittorrent. So when I reinstall it, i begin to re-upload all my file and DL etc

 

 

I hope it's clear my question sorry for my english btw

The files are stored in %appdata%\bittorrent by default.
