Harold Feit
Then the problem is likely simply an issue with the specific torrents you're downloading and nothing actually to do with BitTorrent itself.
tonymoonlp
any suggested sites do download torrents from?
sensitivetbman
Okay, I've went to http://slackware.com...ck/torrents.php and tried to get a torrent, but I continue to get "Connecting to peers". What do I do to connect to them? Are there certain ports I need to open for this to work?
Harold Feit
If slackware doesn't work, it likely means your internet provider is outright blocking it. Opening ports on your side won't help in that case. Also, if slackware doesn't work you're not having the same issue and you are thread hijacking by posting in this thread.
