Guest OzPeg Posted December 5, 2011 Report Posted December 5, 2011 I have been BitTorrent for a couple of years and now wan tto set up the WebGui (after reading about in in the manual.Where do I find the WebGui zip file - I cannot seem to find it in the BitTorrent folder on my machine, or on the BitTorrent site
Harold Feit Posted December 5, 2011 Report Posted December 5, 2011 If you go to http://localhost:<webui port>/gui/ in your browser, bittorrent will attempt to automatically install the webui package for you.If it fails, you can follow the steps from http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=58156 putting the zip file in %appdata%\bittorrent (put that in the address bar of a windows explorer window to get there)
Guest Ozpeg Posted December 10, 2011 Report Posted December 10, 2011 I have been trying, multiple times, to install the webzip.zip file/s and continually get the message "The µTorrent WebUI does not seem to be installed. Click here to try to install it, or see the guide for more details."i have found the zip file itself and manually installed the file, but am unsuyre if i unzip the files in to the %appdata%/bittorrent folder, or create a sub-folder for the webui.Any further help would be appreciated

Do NOT unzip it or create any subfolders.
