Problems Connecting To Peers

Looks like im not the only one having this issue but im still at a loss as to how to fix it. Cant seem to connect to peers when normally it only takes a few seconds. The torrents themselves are good with plenty of seeders,

DHT announcing

Local peer discovery working

Peer exchange working

and the rest connection timed out

 

if anyone could help, would be much appreciated
