Guest Me Me
My download speeds have been fluctuating wildly lately and the problem appears to be the upload speed. It suddenly increases massively and the download speed drops to next to nothing. The upload speed go well above the cap and nothing seems to stop it (pic attached of upload speed) How can I fix this and get my normal steady download speed back? Harold Feit
Sounds like talktalk started doing throttling of torrents again recently then. Your speed bursts though are way above your rated speed.Does TalkTalk offer speedboost as part of their service?
