MonogomousProstitute
I've been reading into similar forum posts and none have been particularly helpful to me. I have been able to download torrents just fine at my current location for the past few days. Suddenly, without me changing any settings, I am no longer able to do so. I have the free AVAST firewall program. Can anyone walk me through the troubleshooting process for this problem?

MonogomousProstitute
Is that what you were looking for? I wanted to take a screenshot, but I couldn't figure out how to add a picture to my post.
Harold Feit
No it's not actually. I want the complete list. If you can't attach the screenshot directly, upload it to an image hosting site like imageshack and link it.

Harold Feit
What internet security software do you have installed? Are you using proxy settings?
MonogomousProstitute
Avast free version. And according to a proxy test I just did by Lagado.com, I am not using proxy settings. I'm not very computer savvy, though so I don't know for sure what this means.

Harold Feit
My bet right now is on something in avast blocking. Their P2P shield is actually known to cause issues.
MonogomousProstitute
Okay thanks. I'll check out the program. Any suggestions on where to look in there?
Harold Feit
As I don't use avast personally, no.
