How do I turn the 'filename.torrent.loaded' files back into 'filename.torrent' files. Simply changing the extension doesn't seem to work. Right now bittorrent is still able to recognize them as torrent files. But because the extension change, I cant use them outside of bittorrent.

Thanks for the help.

You're going to need to stop using the "Automatically load .torrent files from" function if you want the torrents to not get renamed.

I get that part. That doesn't fix the 800 torrents that are already renamed.

There are batch renamer applications available that can rename entire folders at once.

BitTorrent stores a separate copy of the .torrent files elsewhere for its own use.

Simply changing the extention doesn't work! It's modified the file too somehow. If you know where it stores the copies. I'd love to know, because they don't show up in my search.

Torrents are saved to and loaded from E:/.torrent files. "Store in" box was unchecked.

I've unchecked the "load from" box, and rechecked the "store in" box but the files remain filename.torrent.loaded.
