sumithar Posted August 11, 2014 Report Posted August 11, 2014 With other torrent clients I can globally set a ratio value at which point I stop seeding. I usually set 2 times (200%).With BitTorrent 7.9.2 all I see is a minimum value and I set this to 200 (default) but it keeps going. I saw a setting where "When Bit Torrent reaches seeding goal Limit Upload rate to (0=stop) and I set this to 0 but it didn't seem to make a difference. I find it difficult to reconcile "minimum ratio" with "seeding goal"- are they the same thing?
Harold Feit Posted August 11, 2014 Report Posted August 11, 2014 Screenshot of the entire preferences - queueing window please. And are you force starting torrents?

Harold Feit Posted August 12, 2014 Report Posted August 12, 2014 Torrents should be stopping VERY shortly after getting your targeted 2:1 ratio. Screenshot showing the status column of the main window please.
sumithar Posted August 16, 2014 Author Report Posted August 16, 2014 Sorry for delayed reply. You are right. It does stop as you said. Thanks for your valuable input.
