I have been using this for a month now, most of my downloads have reached between 93.3% and 99.9% and have stopped downloading for over 3 weeks even though the uploads continue daily, 2. Harold Feit Posted December 13, 2011 Report Share Posted December 13, 2011 If the availability of the torrents is only 0.933 or 0.999 (or anything 0.x) then you won't be able to complete the torrent. It will also cause your low download speed.http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992 covers steps to try to get additional speed if there are actually enough copies of the pieces to complete downloads.
