Safari Wouldn't Load Pages When Utorrent Is Downloading

Hi guys

              I am in desperate need of help. when i am downloading using torrent, safari wouldn't load up pages, wifi wouldn't work on any other devices until you quit utorrent. 

my windows computer have the same trouble. 

please help
