No Save Where Box

I'm having a really frustrating problem with Bittorrent right now.

I'll click a magnet link or open a torrentfile and Bittorrent will open, but the torrent won't be there, nor will it be in the hidden label, usually it will ask me where it wants to save the torrent to but it stopped doing that at some point recently, but when I exit and reopen it then the torrent will be in the hidden label with error can't open .torrent file.

 

Could somebody please help?

I want to add that I can download torrents that I already had before this problem arose!

When the "save in" window would normally come up, press alt+space then m. then use the arrow keys to bring the window back to your main screen.

That doesn't work, the save in window doesn't appear at all.
