Guest qwertydvorak
I am using a computer with a tiny C drive (40 GB) with a 2 TB external drive. I just started downloading a 500GB torrent, and I am about 50 GB in and I notice that I have lost about 5-8 GB of C drive space. The torrent is downloading to a different drive, so why is my C drive filling, and how do I stop it ? The C drive is getting dangerously full.Does the Bittorent client store some cache of the file on the C drive, and if so can I delete it without problems ? Where is it storing all of this data ? Harold Feit
If you are skipping files, bittorrent MAY store partfiles on your C drive.Otherwise, you're probably going to need to look elsewhere for the source of the space loss.
