Cannot Start Downloads - Brightbox Ee Broadband (Uk)

I had to format my HD, now I cannot start a download.


Test says that my port is not open but I can still download.


I have added exceptions to Norton and Windows firewall for bittorrent.


Checking on the http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/  I see that my port is effectively closed.


I am using a Brightbox EE broadband (UK), I ve opened the setup page and added a port forwarding.




The torrents are not even starting, it says "finding peers 0%".



Any help would be appreciated
