trudeman Posted March 18, 2015 Report Posted March 18, 2015 I am seeing a entry called "client_test" under the Client column on my download page. Usually there are names like uTorrent, Transmission, and Bittorent there, but I do not recognize this name. Can you tell me what it is? Thanks.
Harold Feit Posted March 19, 2015 Report Posted March 19, 2015 It's probably someone testing their own code.
trudeman Posted March 19, 2015 Author Report Posted March 19, 2015 Sorry. Can you elaborate a bit? Why would someone do that on a p2p page? Is this some sort of infringement monitoring?
Harold Feit Posted March 19, 2015 Report Posted March 19, 2015 Could be some college student trying to get it working for course credit.

Harold Feit Posted March 19, 2015 Report Posted March 19, 2015 That doesn't prove any link to the client id or anything really.
