pi707 Posted September 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted September 13, 2015 I'm not sure what you mean by that. When the VPN is off it still says "connecting to peers 0%". I just tried another website for downloading torrents and it worked. It's still extremely slow but it got past the connecting to peers stage. Could it have to do with the trackers?
