vulkerian
I recently moved places, and in my new place my download speed hangs around 40-50 kB/s when at my old place it could easily reach 2-3 mB/s if I had nothing else going on.Added picture of my speedtest, and seeds/peers. Harold Feit
What setup guide did you use to configure BitTorrent?
vulkerian
Was I suposed to use a setup guide? I'm as fresh a beginner as they get. I just installed it and when I needed to download any files through torrenting I just hit the magnet button.
Harold Feit
Some torrents will simply not be fast. It's nothing we can control. Do torrents from http://slackware.com/getslack/torrents.php give the same speed?
vulkerian
No, they run a lot faster, I guess it's just the torrent being slow then. Oh well. Thanks for all the help either way ^^
