Error 503: 503: Client Is Not Connected. The Connection To The Raptor Proxy Server Timed Out. Please Try Again Later.

That is pretty much the exact error I get when I try to enter from the Web but the thing is that I can not enter from the app on my android device neither. I could a long time ago but from a couple of months it is impossible to me.

 

Can anyone help me please? I have try to:

 

*enable/disable

*change the pass and username

*install uTorrent

Did you make sure the client you are trying to control is NOT using proxy settings?

I am trying to download via the RSS feeds and the Error 503 message comes up. Who knows what the reason might be?
